“Woman, Military Wife, Mom—in that order.”

—Q. Chapman-Hamilton

Hi, I’m Quintunya [or Quin], a Well-Being Strategist based in Maryland with a heart for helping others live fuller, healthier lives. Currently, I partner with a dedicated client to enhance workplace well-being by designing and implementing targeted health programs that address chronic conditions, reduce stress, and promote sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term employee wellness.

My path here has been shaped by years of experience and a deep love for community health. I’ve previously served as a Youth Sports Assistant Director and Health Educator, working closely with military soldiers, veterans, and their families. My journey has taken me from Georgia to Colorado and now Maryland, alongside my husband who proudly serves on active duty in the U.S. Army. I’m a mom to two wonderful kids, a bonus mom to my stepdaughter, and a dog mom of two—life is full, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

In May 2023, I earned my M.S. in Community Nutrition from the University of Georgia, building on my B.S. in Health Promotion with a minor in Exercise and Sport Science and a Global Health certificate. I also hold certifications as a Health Education Specialist (since 2016) and Personal Trainer (since 2018).

Athens, GA 2023 – Master’s Graduation, my proudest moment
Orlando, FL 2023 – Disney World, my biggest family vacation
Maryland 2025 – Family Photos, my life currently
